Miguel has made a very unfortunate situation into a really smooth process! Super thankful for this business. As someone who has never broken a phone, somehow I have managed to crack my back glass TWICE in the last couple months and both times Miguel was able to give the best price in the area but he is quick as well! I dropped off my phone and 30 minutes later it was fixed. The whole team is extremely transparent and friendly, and I know that if I ever break my phone again (but seriously I hope that I don’t) I know exactly where to take my phone or device!

My phone went caputs. Did a claim with t mobile and these guys thank god had the parts for my phone and the only other places were all the way in Tampa. Went in and Ms. Lacy made it the most painless process and was quick with it too. She quoted an hour of time itself, not pay (t mobile handled that part). I just waited and some adorable older ladies came in. I got nervous thinking they would cause her to take longer. Lacy was able to help them and get my phone fixed at the same time. She honestly looks like she could do that kind of work in her sleep. Awesome service, very professional staff. Highly recommend

Great customer service! I had to cancel my appointment last min they were wonderful with that, also took the time to explain everything to a T. Walked in today at that time they where a lil busy but was quick to help me told me about a two hr turnaround and I walked in an hour and 20 minutes early. They told me five minutes. ALWAYS the best work. It’s actually so good i got upset they didn’t call me immediately letting me know when my iPad screen was getting fixed and realized my “ Do not disturb “ was on. Going to these folks will spoil you so just be warned !

Ty was great. I had a broken phone and needed a fix or a solution which nobody really had a good one for me but ty was very patient going through all my options as well as handling it for me. He didn't try to over sell me on anything or just make extra money for his store he just genuinely gives you your best options regardless of what that looks like. I will be recommending this store to everyone I know that needs their service as well as myself coming back because I'm great at breaking phones. But ty is one of those employees you do anything you can to keep because treating people fairly in this economy is probably the most important thing a company can do and ty is fair, knowledgeable and will make sure you leave his store better off than you came in.

I dropped my phone on my birthday and the whole screen shattered! I knew I had insurance and contacted Xfinity and with my assurant protection plan what would’ve cost me over $400 for original Apple screen but with insurance I paid $0!!! T-Mobile sent me here because my phone wasnt turning on and they do tmobile insurance repairs. The gentleman Tu-Sean tore the phone done and was able to get it to power back on completely and while I was waiting we filed a claim to repair the back glass of my phone. And it only cost $0! BUYERS BEWARE. I had my battery LCD replaced by them about a year or so and the battery stopped holding charge so I went to a different place. The guy working on my phone came out to show me that they did not put an Apple battery in my phone (probably why it went bad so quickly) and they didn’t put back the plate between my LCD and battery so they taped it down on the top right corner. I didn’t pay 100$ each time for the battery and LCD to get such low quality of work. The one star was for the customer service
