My phone went caputs. Did a claim with t mobile and these guys thank god had the parts for my phone and the only other places were all the way in Tampa. Went in and Ms. Lacy made it the most painless process and was quick with it too. She quoted an hour of time itself, not pay (t mobile handled that part). I just waited and some adorable older ladies came in. I got nervous thinking they would cause her to take longer. Lacy was able to help them and get my phone fixed at the same time. She honestly looks like she could do that kind of work in her sleep. Awesome service, very professional staff. Highly recommend

BUYERS BEWARE. I had my battery LCD replaced by them about a year or so and the battery stopped holding charge so I went to a different place. The guy working on my phone came out to show me that they did not put an Apple battery in my phone (probably why it went bad so quickly) and they didn’t put back the plate between my LCD and battery so they taped it down on the top right corner. I didn’t pay 100$ each time for the battery and LCD to get such low quality of work. The one star was for the customer service
